BIO

Have you ever heard "DownEast Gospel Trio"? If you have, we hope you were given an uplifting experience and it is our prayer we can be with you again soon. If you haven't we need to do something about that!

We believe the return of our Lord is coming soon. It is our mission to try and do our part in spreading His word to win a lost soul and it is our prayer we all work together in doing so.

As you read through our bio, we pray you feel the dedication we have to our Lord and Savior as well as the spirit of spreading the gospel:

Terri Elizabeth had a mandate from the Lord in 2001 to record a tape with multiple soloist. Following the leadership of the Holy Spirit the project came together, "DownEast Gospel" was recorded, from that group was named "DownEast Gospel".

Since that time changes have come about from a group of nine to an all female trio. In 2006 the name was changed "DownEast Gospel Trio". The members are Terrie Elizabert Gallinoto - manger - Tarboro, NC; Ada Britton - Beargrass, NC; Yvonne (Snooky) Tolson - Tarboro, NC and the ones it would hard to do without: Butch Gallinoto - sound man; Sara Windley - Additional Booking Agent, Bill Windley - Driver; Linda Cooke - Music Coordinator.

We are excited about OUR NEW PROJECT RELEASE!
"JESUS DIED FOR ME"
An original song talking about Jesus on the cross at Calvary!

DownEast Gospel Trio solely focuses on gospel music. With our southern gospel being sung wherever the Lord leads, our all female group sings to glorify our Loud and Savior. We enjoy singing in different denominational churches and other venues for revivals, homecomings, festival or just gospel sings. Call to know when we will be in your hometown so you will not miss the lead singer Terri Elizabeth's moving testimony inspired by a brush with death twice in one week! Also, you don't want to miss hearing Yvonne's (Snooky) dynamic tenor and Ada's awesome alto.

God has blessed our group and has allowed continual growth through the years. We thank Him for His anointing and blessings and are excited where He will lead our music and testimony! We also thank all the people who have supported us over the years, without God and you we could not have made it this far.
